PLACING ORDERS:

DELIVERY & SHIPPING CHARGE:

Delivery will normally be arranged through UPS ground service and customer will be charged with the shipping cost according to UPS actual standard rates.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Chque, Money Order or Cash (Walk-in Clients).  Personal or Company Cheque will be accepted based on prior approval.  Any NSF cheque will be subjected to CAD $25.00 of handling charge.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Unless approved by Carbo in advance, all orders must be pre-paid with a credit card, certified cheque or money order.  Orders can also be shipped out by C.O.D (cash, certified cheque or money order) where customer will be responsible for the additional C.O.D charges by UPS. Delinquent accounts will be subjected to interest charge of 1.5% per month.  No orders will be shipped against delinquent account.

FOR NEW CUSTOMER OR DELINQUENT ACCOUNT:

Payment must be accompanied with the order.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return any unused items within 14 days from the invoice date for credit or refund with our prior approval by phone or writing. Returned item must be in original package with seals intact and unbroken. Shipping charges for the returned item must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Any return after the above-specified period will be subjected to 15% restocking charge.   No return will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

Printed material or pre-recorded Medias such as Books, Charts, Software, CDs, VCDs, VHS and DVDs may be exchanged for the same item ONLY if obvious product defect is found.  No refund will be given on these items.

Due to hygenic reasons, some items (eg. Cupping items, Gua Sha Tools, Hot Stones, TENS Pads, etc) are not refundable but can be exchanged for the same item ONLY if obvious defect is found.

CARBO EQUIPMENT LIMITED WARRANTY:

The limited warranty set forth below is given by Carbo Trading Co. Inc. with respect to the Electro-Acupuncture Products distributed or sold by CARBO Trading Co. Inc. for use in Canada.

This limited warranty covers any defective materials or workmanship as follows:

For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase, defective equipment will be repaired or exchanged for a brand new unit at CARBO's discretion with no charge of parts and labour.

After 90 days but within the one-year period from the date of original purchase, product returned to Carbo Trading Co. Inc., and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired or exchanged for new or comparable rebuilt parts.  There will be no charge for parts.  Repairing labour will be charged at prevailing labour rates.

Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges and insurance, if any, for the equipment sent to/returned from Carbo Trading Co. Inc.

This limited warranty covers all defects in normal use, and does not apply in the following cases:

• Loss or damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, accident or electrical current fluctuation.

• Use of parts or supplies (other than those distributed by Carbo Trading Co. Inc.) which damage the equipment or cause abnormal frequent service call.

• This warranty does not cover any consumable part, which has a lifetime.

• Carbo Trading Co. Inc. will not be liable for loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, or for any other special, incidental or consequential damages
